Trip/Tour Registration & Fees

OLÉ! offers educational excursions for OLÉ! members and their guests. A trip may include an overnight stay of one or more nights with confirmed reservations made well in advance. Here’s what you need to know to register for trips/tours:

  • Your OLÉ! membership must be current for the term in which the trip takes place in order to be able to register online for a trip.
  • A nonrefundable deposit must be paid within five days of registering for a trip. An unpaid deposit will result in registration cancellation.
  • Trip balances are due when specified. An unpaid balance will result in registration cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • All deposits, balances, and supplemental fees are nonrefundable.
  • Trip/Tour registration is transferable, but it is the registrant’s responsibility to arrange for another person to take his/her place and to notify Member Support that this is the case.
  • Register a nonmember guest by contacting Member Support.
  • Each trip/tour has a minimum number of participants who must be registered by a given date in order for the trip/tour to take place. If a trip/tour must be canceled for lack of sufficient enrollment, OLÉ! will notify all registrants and refund any fees already paid.
